Our new office is off 99W (SW Pacific Highway) and located at the bottom of Bull Mountain and not far from Tigard High School and the King City Golf Course. Close to Tualatin and Sherwood, and just 15 minutes from Beaverton. 

Our nurse line will be available from 7am-7pm on Monday through Friday.
